This is the gorgeous Manor by the lake wedding of Rebecca and Jon. Rebecca is a wedding photographer too, it’s always nice to be asked by a fellow professional to cover their wedding.

This beautiful, luxury wedding venue, set in the Cotswolds is ideal for your wedding celebrations. Beautiful gardens surround this spacious venue, which also includes rooms for guests to stay too. You have the choice of having your ceremony in the Maximilain room, outside by the Italian pavilion, the lakeside pavilion or under the Manor arches.

Reception

Your reception in the ballroom which opens out to the lake and gardens can comfortably hold 250 guests. It also has a large bar, stage and dance floor area too, perfect for your evening party.

The Wedding

Rebecca and Jon enjoyed an amazing day, both getting ready at the venue. Their ceremony in the Maximilian room was quite an emotional time, with a few tears from not only the guests but the couple too. Jon did have a grin like a Cheshire Cat though when he saw the stunning Rebecca walking up the aisle towards him.

After their ceremony, they spent the afternoon outside chatting and drinking before having their reception in the ballroom. Whilst Rebecca and Jon mingled, Jemima Phillips entertained their guests throughout the day with her amazing skills playing the Harp. The evening was a beautiful one, especially for the time of year. We were able to get out for some night portraits as well as making the most of the daylight.
