Jodie and Joe’s Wedding

This wedding was just amazing. Jodie had her bridal preparations at Barns and Yard, along with her bridesmaids and of course, the Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom.

They enjoyed a morning of being pampered whilst sipping drinks and having fun together, with lot’s of laughter heard throughout the morning,

The Groom and Groomsmen

Joe arrived with the guys, all looking great in their suits. Looking relaxed, Joe and the guys had a few pics and took a look around the venue.

Almost Wedding Time

Jodie and the girls were almost ready now and the time had come for Jodie’s Dad to see her in her dress for the first time. I love this part of the day, whether it’s a Brides Father, Mother or even the Bridesmaids having the first look, it’s always special.

The Ceremony

Jodie and Joe’s ceremony was held in the garden at Barns and Yard, overlooking the lake. All started well, a bit of a cloud was building up but didn’t look too threatening. About 5 minutes in though and a few drops of rain turned into a huge downpour. It was time to head inside and finish off the ceremony in the barn. Not a problem for anyone though, plenty of laughter as everyone made their way inside.

Confetti Time

By now the rain had stopped and everyone headed outside for the confetti, a few pictures together and everyone relaxing with a few drinks and laughs.

A quick couple of portraits then on to the speeches

Just a quick walk in the garden and some portrait shots then it was time to head in for the speeches. Some great speeches with lot’s of smiles, a few belly laughs and of course, some tears too.

Making use of the gorgeous gardens, we took a stroll around Barns and Yard wedding venue whilst taking a few more portraits shots for the beautiful couple.

Time to relax

Now it was time to chill with friends and family before the big party. I now know that this was a party that was going to go down in history haha!

Party Time!

Yep, this lot came to party and luckily they had the amazing Call Of The Kraken Band there to keep them going. An amazing band with loads of character and a great set list that kept the dance floor buzzing the whole night! Drink spills, dance off’s and random acts of partying all night.
