Hampton Court Wedding
The gorgeous Hampton Court Wedding of Greg and Matt who had flown in from Hollywood California, along with their guests who were from coast to coast across the United States of America.
Hampton Court, the beautiful English Castle hidden away in the North Herefordshire countryside is just perfect for any wedding. When you add the amazing Greg and Matt, it’s like the castle was built solely for their wedding.
Wedding Morning,
As this was an American wedding, the day ran a bit differently to how we usually do things here in the UK. During the morning of their Hampton Court Wedding, Greg and Matt had garden games for everyone and being a beautiful day, everyone took full advantage, challenging each other in friendly competition.
After the games came another surprise for the guests, Apollo Falconry were there and they put on a fantastic interactive show for everyone, allowing guests up close to the birds. The birds were simply amazing and I would highly recommend Apollo Falconry.
Time To Get Ready,
Greg and Matt got ready in the same room, helped by the groomsmen whilst having a few drinks and just enjoying the moment. Once ready they both looked amazing in their matching suits and spent a few moments having a glass of fizz.
A Few Portraits,
As with tradition in the USA, it was time for a few couple portraits away from guests where they could enjoy each others company before saying I do. Both Greg and Matt were so easy to work with and a lot of fun too.
Hampton Court Wedding Ceremony,
Just before the guys made their way to say there vows, a tiny bit of rain came along. You know it’s supposed to be good luck to have rain on your wedding day so the saying goes.
Cocktail Hour and Speeches,
Now the party could start! Mingling with guests and enjoying the attention, Matt and Greg made their way around the room. Lots of smiles, hugs and laughter and then outside for a few more photos with guests. This was great fun with everyone being so relaxed.
It was a great occasion when Greg, Matt and the wedding party were announced into the room with music thumping and a bit of dancing too.
A few emotional speeches later and then it was time for cake cutting with the traditional Hampton Court Wedding sword.
A Walk In The Gardens,
In the evening, we had a walk around the Castle gardens, stopping and taking some relaxed portraits and my good friend Nick Boy capturing the video footage. It was a beautiful evening with plenty of golden light and of course the amazing couple.
We finished up in front of the gorgeous Hampton Court Castle and got a couple of shots with the castle in the background of these two awesome people.
Shots, Dancing and Sparklers!,
Partying was on from now on, shots at the bar, some not too keen on the taste by the seem of things. A first dance from the couple and then everyone joining in and dancing the night away to their favourite tunes.
Later in the evening, it was out for some sparklers for everyone with the main guys running through and having a blast.
