Bridal Prep
Lauren and her bridesmaids got ready at Laurens home in Hereford. It was a relaxed morning before the Brobury House Wedding, with Nicola and Sarah Jane providing make up and hair styling. Jonny and Laurens daughters were a source of entertainment for everyone which helped keep Lauren relaxed throughout.
Once the girls were ready, it was time for the first look with Dad and a few tears from Mum too. Lauren looked absolutely stunning as did all of the girls as they made their way to the Brobury House wedding.
Brobury House Wedding Ceremony.
Brobury House is a gorgeous venue in west Herefordshire new the welsh border. It has stunning gardens and views across the famous River Wye. On this day, it was so hot with constant sunshine beaming down on the couple and guests throughout the ceremony whilst I melted and thought, I should have brought a hat.
It was a beautiful ceremony in one of the stunning gardens of the Brobury House Wedding venue. The sun, whilst so hot didn’t stop everyone enjoying the occasion with Jonny and Lauren, even though I could sense everyone wanted a drink, including me!
Brobury House Wedding Reception
During the reception, guests were entertained by the fantastic Magician, Kiegan. A truly great entertainer that I can’t recommend highly enough.
We waited a short while before having the confetti shot, just because everybody needed that drink and a bit of shade. The confetti walk was one fo my favourites with the couple wearing sunglasses of course.
Onto the the speeches which were filled with laughs and some grimaces from Jonny of course. It was then time for everyone to get back out into the gorgeous evening, where by now, there was a bit of shade and the temperature had dropped, by about 1 degree.
A Bit of Dancing
Jonny and Lauren had their first dance and then after a couple of minutes, invited their guests to join them. Plenty of shaped being thrown and a bit of Dad dancing too, in between popping outside for a cool down and a drink or two.
Sparklers!
A sparkler shot to end my night was loads of fun as always, even if everyone by now had probably had a bit too much to drink to be handling pyrotechnics. All went well though and back to partying or chatting it was for everyone.
